Get in touch.

Fill in what you can below. Five minutes, no essay required. We’ll come back within two business days to set up a time to talk.

The first conversation is free and carries no obligation: an hour on what AI can and can’t do for your business, with the full costs shown up front. From there, Discovery maps your systems and gives you a straight call on whether to go ahead, fix one thing first, or not yet. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so and point you somewhere better.

Got it. We’ll be in touch within two business days.

In the meantime, the method page explains what the first engagement covers.

Common questions.

Yes. We sit down for an hour, show you what AI can and can’t do for your business, and give you the full costs up front. No obligation. The first paid step is Discovery, and it only happens if you decide it’s worth it.

Because it’s real work, not a pitch. You get a mapped view of your systems, how they connect, and where AI can help, with a straight call on whether to go ahead, fix one thing first, or not yet. The report is yours either way, and it’s useful whether or not you go further with us. Paying for it means we work for you, not for the sale.

Usually not. We start with what you already pay for and connect it properly. If something genuinely needs replacing we’ll say so, with the costs and trade-offs in plain language. Ripping everything out and starting again is almost never the answer.

They’ll learn to use it, not to build it. We set the tools up to take work off your people, then train them to run everything in their own systems and in plain language. Nobody needs to become a technical expert.

Every engagement is fixed-scope wherever possible, so you can see the edges of what you’re buying before you commit. Proposals name the full cost: our fee, licences, and the trade-offs.

Then we might not be the right fit, and we’ll tell you quickly. Heavily bespoke operations need detailed custom builds, and that’s not what we do. We work on the operational foundation growing businesses share.

No. We have no products of our own to sell and no vendor allegiances. We recommend what fits your business and your existing spend, and we’ll flag lock-in risk on anything we propose.
